Pathways to Prosperity

Initiative

The Pathways to Prosperity Initiative is a transformative program that integrates our three cornerstone programs—Harmony, Aspire, and Summit

  • Harmony Program (Ages 5–8)

A Safe and Supportive Home for Young Children

The Harmony Program provides a nurturing, family-like home for children aged 5–8 entering foster care. With thoughtfully designed residential spaces and a trauma-informed approach, Harmony ensures children feel secure and valued. Structured routines, therapeutic interventions, and developmental support foster emotional resilience and social growth, preparing them for successful long-term placements or reunifications.

  • Aspire Program (Ages 9–12)

A Stable Home for Growth and Independence

The Aspire Program offers a safe, structured residential environment for preteens aged 9–12. Designed to address their unique developmental needs, the program blends comfortable housing with academic support, life skills training, and mentorship. By creating a secure home base, Aspire empowers children to overcome challenges, build self-confidence, and transition smoothly into adolescence.

  • Summit Program (Ages 13–18)

Housing That Prepares Teens for Adulthood

The Summit Program focuses on providing teenagers aged 13–18 with a stable, family-like home while preparing them for independence. With carefully planned living spaces and a focus on life skills, education, and community integration, the program equips teens to navigate adulthood confidently. Summit combines supportive housing with opportunities for personal growth, fostering resilience and long-term success.
